Forecasters say Cyprus is heading for a stormy spell with rain expected overnight, especially inland and on higher ground.
Although temperatures inland and on the coasts will range between 31C – 29C, increased cloud cover is expected to build up as of Tuesday afternoon, with unsettled conditions forecast for Wednesday.
There has already been a noticeable drop in temperatures over the last few days, as the darker nights draw in earlier.
Winds will be moderate to fresh, south-westerly to westerly.
Night time temperatures will drop to 20 degrees Celsius inland, 21C in southern and eastern coastal regions, 20C in the west and north and 12C over the mountains.
The sea will be slight to rough.
